A few weeks ago I asked if you were willing to answer some tough questions in order to help you along your skin care journey. (If you missed that, you can read about it here.)
Continuing on this theme, today I’m going to ask you another question, but one that is so radical, you may think I’m crazy. I’m willing to bet it’s something you haven’t even considered asking yourself. It’s something you probably think is not even possible. Not to be overly dramatic here, but what I’m about to ask you could quite possibly blow the doors off the hinges and reveal to you a whole new path to healing your skin.
Ready? Then let me ask…
Do you think it’s possible to enjoy the process of healing your skin? Dare I say, can you imagine loving the process?
This question is super powerful. I want you to read those words carefully, so I’ll ask again, is it possible for you to enjoy the process of healing your skin?
Let’s slow down here. Think about everything you’ve ever done to heal your skin. How many times have you changed your skin care routine? How many herbal tinctures or over the counter supplements have you tried? How many times have you denied yourself certain foods? How many doctors or skin care specialists have you seen? How many nights have you spent scouring the internet for another solution?
I’m taking a good guess that most of those decisions and all of your efforts have been made from a place of frustration, or anger, or fear, or desperation, or sadness. (I get it, because for a long time that was me.) Now, have you ever done any of those things from a place of love? Have you ever even considered that was an option?
If not, you may not even know what enjoying the process of healing your skin would look like.
I’ll tell you, that would look like choosing skin care products from a place of curiosity, rather than desperation. That would look like appreciating everything you eat, rather than obsessing. That would feel like compassion, rather than sadness. That would feel like empowerment, rather than restriction.
Imagine how much freer the journey to healing your skin would be if you appreciated the process just as much as the results, how much more ease there would be in the process. Overwhelm would be gone. Confusion would disappear. Hopelessness wouldn’t exist. And to top it all off, so much pain and struggle would be released, that a new level of healing would be allowed to emerge from within.
How does that sound? Would you like to know what that feels like? Are you ready to let go of your skin’s control over you?
Because I assure you, this is all entirely possible. I would love to show you how.
It is my honor and privilege to offer you that opportunity with The Clear Life Program. Beginning in June, I will be guiding 8 amazing people down the path to clearer skin, and a happier more empowered life.
(Update: Enrollment for The Clear Life program is currently closed. However, I would still love to talk to you about approaching your skin care journey from a place of love and compassion. Click here to find out how.)
Not only will I be sharing everything I know about how to heal your acne from the inside and the outside, but I will show you how to do this radical thing of bringing love into the process. I will be showing you how to tap into your own healing super power so that the journey to clearer skin will be just as amazing as the destination.
Would you like to join us on this journey? Would you like to find out if The Clear Life Program is right for you? If yes, I am opening up my calendar to speak with you. Before deciding if the program will serve you, you and I will have a powerful conversation and explore where you are in your journey, where you want to go, and what’s preventing you from getting there. This conversation is completely free, and the invitation is open to any woman who is just so over struggling with her skin. If after we speak you are interested in learning more about the program, we will discuss it then. Regardless, you will come away from our conversation with a deeper understanding of yourself and your skin.
I can’t wait to hear from you and help you along your path.
