Here’s how it works:

If we decide to work together, we spend three months walking down the path to a healthier, happier, more radiant you.
We touch base every two weeks, beginning with a 90 minute phone call to discuss your skin, your health and your life in depth. Based on your specific needs, I map out a three month plan that will cover any number of the below areas:
- skin care products and routine
- eating habits
- healthy digestion
- exercise and physical activity
- stress management
- sleep quality
- addressing limiting beliefs
- finding emotional relief
- picking compulsion
On each call we discuss your progress so that we can nurture what approaches are working, and adjust those that are not. We focus on one or two key areas and discuss how you can make changes so you can see results. I will also provide all the tools and support you need to make the changes fit into your life. This includes any combination of the below:
- Skin care product analysis
- Easy, healthy recipes
- Meal planning guides
- Example workouts
- Stress reduction techniques
- Meditation guides
- Mindset improvement techniques
Throughout the whole process you will also have unlimited email access to me so that you can ask questions as they arise.
The entire three months is designed to get you results. It is tailored to your life and your needs.
