You schedule your session, answer a few questions so that I can better help you, and pay for your session. I then call you at your scheduled appointment time.

We will spend 90 minutes one on one, just you and me, talking about your skin, your products and skin care routine, your health and your life. I’ll help you understand your skin in a whole new way, and most importantly what you can do to see improvements.

By the end of the call I will have a better idea of what your first steps should be. We will get to the root of your problem and address one of the below areas more in depth:

  • eating habits
  • healthy digestion
  • exercise and physical activity
  • stress management
  • sleep quality
  • addressing limiting beliefs
  • finding emotional relief
  • skin care products and routine
  • picking compulsion

After the call, I go to work creating your personalized health and skin care guide. You’ll receive an email within 24 hours with your with your guide, which maps out the steps you need to take and additional resources if needed. You can see exactly what you need to do, and how to do it. You take this guide and begin to make healthy changes in your life.
